Ideal for applications with high-temperatures and high-pressure loads where environmental exposure may accelerate potential seizure of components and fasteners, anti-seize lubricants are generally applied during assembly, and once again during reassembly after maintenance procedures.

What is a product tagline and why is it important?
The tagline should include what makes a product unique within its product category. 80% of customers only read the product tagline and often only on the Product Listing Page, so it’s crucial to be both as accurate as possible and keep to the two golden rules of taglines:
Maximum 80-characters limit
No full-stop at the end
Constructing a product tagline
We have a simple formula to help you write compelling taglines for anti-seize lubricants. And to make it even simpler, the three elements can be in any order:
Examples
Refer to these examples when writing your tagline. And remember: no full stop at the end, and max 80 characters.
- Heavy duty, high temperature, nickel-based anti-seize lubricant paste
- Anti-seize aerosol lubricant paste
- Heavy-duty anti-seize lubricant in a stick, which contains no free metals
- Top selling, general purpose, copper-fortified anti-seize lubricant
- Food grade, metal-free anti-seize lubricant
- Homogeneous zinc dust and petrolatum anti-seize paste
- Heavy duty, silver grade anti-seize lubricant spray
What is a short description and why is it important?
Use the short description, in max 2 sentences, to describe what’s specific to the product within its category, and how the product provides value in application. In short, expand on the tagline without repeating it verbatim (and don’t forget a full stop at the end!).
Do not include the product name in the short description.
Constructing a short description
We have a simple formula for writing compelling short descriptions:
Examples
Refer to these examples when writing your short description:
- This silver, thick, metallic heavy-duty, high-temperature, nickel-based anti-seize lubricant paste resists galling and corrosion, and reduces wear.
- This general-purpose anti-seize aerosol lubricant paste is composed of copper and graphite suspended in high-quality grease with an NLGI Grade of 0.
- This graphite/calcium fluoride formulation is free from lead, copper, sulfur and their compounds, and free metals.
This excellent, all-rounder, general purpose anti-seize lubricant with copper and graphite suspended in high quality grease has an NLGI Grade of 0.
What is a long description and why is it important?
Here you have the space to describe in greater detail all the important technical characteristics. Elaborate on the tagline and short description (verbatim if necessary), and add any important info not yet mentioned.
Constructing a long description
There is no specific formula for writing long descriptions: just start with the product name (remembering the ®) and elaborate in 2-3 sentences details on the product. The first sentence should be the primary differentiators / key features, with the following sentences additional information on substrate compatibility, specific applications, etc. And of course remember to stick to all protocols for measurements, spacing, etc.
Examples
Refer to these examples when writing your long description:
- LOCTITE® LB 771 is a silver, thick, metallic heavy-duty, high temperature, nickel-based anti-seize lubricant paste. It resists galling and corrosion and reduces wear in heavy pressure applications. It contains tenacious metals, oils and graphite materials. It is used in applications with an operating range of -54°C to 1315°C (-65.2°F to 2399°F).
- LOCTITE® LB 8007 is a general purpose anti-seize lubricant paste with copper and graphite suspended in high quality grease. Typical applications include screws, nuts, pipes, exhaust bolts and brake caliper bolts. It is resistant to extremely high temperatures up to 980°C (1795°F) and protects from rust, corrosion, galling and seizing. It has an NLGI Grade of 0.
- LOCTITE® LB 8070 is a black, graphite/calcium fluoride formulation, which is free from lead, copper, sulfur and their compounds. It contains no free metals and is compatible with stainless steel and other nickel alloys. It is used in many industries. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -29°C to 1315°C (-20°F to 2400°F).
What are USPs and why are they important?
Here you can list the top 3 to maximum 5 things a customer would need to know about the product, based on what they’re most likely to use it for. Try to focus on genuine USPs, rather than generic information you could find in many products. Ensure any regional-specific certifications are included (as a one-off 6th USP if necessary).
Constructing USPs
We have a simple formula for writing compelling USPs:
Examples
Refer to these examples when writing your USPs (and please note: no full stops at the end):
- Contains tenacious metals, oils and graphite material
- Resists galling and corrosion and reduces wear
- Exceptionally resistant to attack by acids, ammonia, acetylene and vinyl monomer
- Allows easy disassembly of parts after exposure to corrosive or hot environments
- Reduces friction for tight assembling of stainless steel threads and press fits
- Lubricates and seals pipe threads in acid environments and coats gaskets in high temperature applications
- Typically used in applications with an operating range of -54°C to 1315°C (-65.2°F to 2399°F)
- Nickel content stays intact up to 1315°C (2399°F )
- Unique aerosol of copper, graphite and grease
- Very high temperature resistant: up to 980°C (1795°F)
- Protects from rust, corrosion, galling and seizing
- For screws, nuts, pipes, exhaust bolts and brake caliper bolts
- Contains no free metals and is compatible with stainless steel and other nickel alloys
- Free from lead, copper, sulfur and their compounds
- Torque coefficient (K-value) on steel nuts/bolts = 0.16
- Packaged in a convenient, less mess, stick dispenser
What is meta data and why is it important?
The meta title is the product name, and the meta description is the product tagline. These data influence how pages appear in search results, impacting click-through rates and visibility. Optimizing meta data is important because it helps attract the right audience and improves search engine rankings and, by extension, leads.
