VIDEOS

Used as a preview for the videos.

The modules presented here are different variations of video modules. They present all the different ways we can display video on the site.

There are four different video modules, each of which contain either a video player or the option to open one or more videos in an overlay.

The four modules are:

50:50 module

When to use

The 50:50 module is used to highlight and guide customers towards medium to high priority content. It combines imagery, concise text, and up to two CTAs to engage customers effectively. Unlike the Tabbed content + text and Full width image + text modules, which are designed to offer a more in-depth reading experience, the primary purpose of the 50:50 module is to capture a customer's attention and direct them towards specific actions.

The module has an option to include a video that, if you click the play button, will open up in a video overlay.

When to use

Use this module to direct customers to higher priority content or actions that complement or expand on the customer's current area of interest. This module can be used both as a video and image module. The video module has the same layout as the image version, however the video version includes a Play button placed on top of the video preview.

When to use

Use this module when you want to display multiple videos. This module can be multiplied and stacked on top of each other, creating a video gallery.

Full width videos

When to use

The full width videos are designed to make the videos in the centre of the attention. They module is meant to take up most of the viewport, so use it when you want to place the video front and centre with no distractions.

This module can be used on all page types and is especially well suited for pages that are promotional in nature (eg. Application pages and other landing pages) as well as pages where the video is the primary content such as the Recorded webinar pages.

The fifth module is not a stand alone module, as it will only appear when a user clicks the ‘play button’ in the 50:50 modules (mentioned above).

Video overlay

When to use

The video overlay is an integrated part (the expanded state) of the of the video in the 50:50 module - because of this the overlay:

  1. Automatically opens when the video in the 50:50 module is clicked
  2. Cannot be used on it’s own
  3. Cannot be edited

The only editable part of the video overlay is the title at the top.
